Online Submission Audition for DAP

Submission Deadline: Sunday, July 26th, 2026
DAP Phase 9 Year Curriculum: Sept. 2026 - May 2027

There are two ways to audition for the Dancelook Apprentice Program. The preferred audition method is to attend the Dancelook Intensive in the summer and audition in person. The optional audition for those who cannot attend is online submission:

Via the form below, please submit:

1. The Questionnaire 

2. A Headshot

3. 1 Solo Choreography Video in any following style: Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, or Theater. Video can be from a competition, studio, or any other setting. At least 1.5 minutes.

4. 1 Combo/Phrase Video in any style that is different from your Solo Choreography Video. You may use a phrase from class, find a combo/phrase via any online class (ex: YouTube), or use the one from the classes below.

Audition Form

After your submission, please allow the casting team time to review. Our follow up email will inform you whether or not the dancer has been approved to continue in the audition process. If so, more information about the program will be provided at that time.
